3 May 2016 saw the employers initial selection. Over 60 people were seen at De Vere’s Holborn Bars venue.
Companies present included Harrow Green, MitieTDM, Invest In Buy To Let, Portico, Pertemps and Aramark.
Each table was manned by a different employer who had a unique ice breaker question before opening up conversation to discover more about the personalities present.

Over 20 people impressed the employers and were invited to return for a more substantial meeting with them on 5 May 2016. Again at Holborn Bars, this time the pressure was increased with all tasked to deliver a timmed 60 second presentation on why they should be selected before 1-2-1 meetings with the employer took place. Helping out this time from JobCentre Plus were Ade, Mo, Nigel & Anna.

James & Lois from MitieTDM above. They were looking for someone to join James in a niche print management role. Unfortunately, they didn’t secure anyone this time around.
Michal & Michelle from Portico above offered their vacant role to Anita.
Sharon & Trevor – also known as ‘the legend’ from Harrow Green recruited Emma, Nad & Paul as their Growing Talent Associates. Harrow Green have already supported 27 other Associates since commencement in early 2014.
William and Rachel from Aramark below unfortunately couldn’t find anyone who matched the two roles they had. However, they were so impressed by the programme they pledged to return for the next one!

Pertemps Enfield couldn’t attend the London selection process so interviewed locally as the roles they had are based out of London. Patti selected Lauren & Reece.
