How it all began…
11/12/2014

Back in December 2013, in a windowless office in Union Street, SE1, a brainstorming chat was taking place between Jon Barnes of PwC and Jane James.
The weather outside was grey and dull. Inside that office it was bright, vibrant and buzzing with ideas for an employment programme with a difference. Everyone got a job. Everyone underwent serious life skills in a residential stay.
Luckily both Jon and Jane had the same ‘just do it’ attitude. So they did! The pilot commenced in February 2014 with just four people and no one really knowing what it was.
Less than a year later, 21 people have secured permanent jobs. Word is spreading amongst employers. 18 jobs have been pledged for the next programme.
Believe in something and just do it. You have nothing to lose.
