100% into work!

Despite a bumpy, challenging journey, the three people who started Growing Talent 25, have completed and secured their permanent jobs.

For some it was about understanding the importance of the lessons on communication discussed during the orientation week and the consequences of not doing so. Sometimes messing-up is the only way to learn.

The Holistic Week was the most interesting yet. Huge respect to Annarita who did three days of it alone! Talk about intensive learning.

Unfortunately, Naazzaariey was unable to join us for this week.

Monday & Tuesday of the Holistic Week are always the most intense as we cover the Mental Health First Aiders Course. Below are Annarita & Kerry with their certificates. PwC and Firmdale Hotels now have an additional First Aider in this important area of health.

For the rest of the week, Annarita worked alone covering art, nutrition, personal finance etc.

Well done to all three for the journey they have been on and an extra round of applause to Annarita.
