Appraisals – who’s was first in?

13/06/2016

After four weeks in their operational roles, it’s appraisal time!  First in is Nad’s who is working with the team at Harrow Green.

Very impressive! – Nad’s manager – Sharon – marked him the highest possible in seven areas and nine in the remaining two!  So far Nad’s learnt a lot of technical skills – manual handling, HASAWA, IT packing, file packing, tail-lift, export packing, domestic moving, banksman, safe handling and useage of the security cage.

Some thoughts from Sharon include:

‘Nad is unique, nothing is too much and I love his ideas.  He is so diverse and can support many areas of Harrow Green’s business including portering, IT, marketing.  He’s already worked alone on client sites.  I’m so glad I found Nad and that he accepted a role with us.  Nad’s an asset to Harrow Green’.

As a prolific employer through Growing Talent, Sharon’s thoughts are great encouragement for other employers to follow.  The calibre and strength of talent within Growing Talent Associates belie the bad press the unemployed get.

So, what are Nad’s (on the right above) thoughts?  ‘I’m very much enjoying Harrow Green.  Every day is a bit of an adventure.  I suggested some changes to the forms foremen use and they’ve been implemented.  They now have a professional appearance!  I look forward to having a long career with Harrow Green’

Nad is naturally positive with bags of enthusiasm.  His mindset is naturally positive.  When learning the role was largely portering – he said ‘great, a free gym’!  Of course, his personality and can do attitude will see him doing much more!
