A New Chapter Begins for Alenchenu……

‘I am truly grateful to go through the Growing Talent programme.  It really helped me get back into work and change a situation I was in at the time.’ Alenchenu 28.2.17….

Alenchenu was our record holder on Growing Talent.  The first person to be recruited after just four weeks!  What an achievement.

A graduate of Growing Talent 5 in 2015, Alenchenu trained with Mitie’s team within Service Solutions close to Charing Cross station before securing employment with them on 1st June 2015 – four weeks after starting the programme which didn’t officially end until 24 July!

Alenchenu supported others following him on the programme and you can see him in the ‘Take it from those that know…’ film on the Case Studies page of this website.

Whatever exciting adventures await Alenchenu in the next chapter of his career, we wish him well and thank him for his support.
