What does the difference mean for you?
It is true to say Growing Talent is an employment progamme. After all, everyone who completes goes into permanent employment but it has a difference.
In fact - two big differences...
The first: on selection by an employer you will have a provisional job offer for a permanent role, which you will be trained in on Growing Talent. You will learn all areas of the business and the role on offer to decide if it's the right role for you. At the same time, the employer and team will see your ability and personality as well as your long term potential. The result is a confident match for both of you.
The second: a strong focus on holistic elements including basic personal finance tips, fitness, nutrition on a budget and wellbeing.
As part of Growing Talent, the global i-act Managing and Promoting Mental Health and Wellbeing accredited proactive course will also be delivered.
These bespoke workshops are delivered by niche organisations and visiting senior managers from Growing Talent's partners. Designed to help you grow in life skills. Robust manuals for each part of Growing Talent ensure onward learning.
