What does the difference mean for you?
It is true to say Growing Talent is an employment progamme. After all, everyone who completes goes into permanent employment but it has a difference.
In fact - two big differences...
The first: on selection by an employer you will have a provisional job offer for a permanent role, which you will be trained in. You will learn all areas of the business and the role on offer to decide if it's the right role for you. At the same time, the employer will see your ability, personality and long term potential. The result is a confident match for both of you - and the employer pays you whilst your learn.
The second: a strong focus on holistic elements including basic personal finance tips, fitness, nutrition on a budget and wellbeing. The workshops delivered meet many aspects of ISO45003 international standards for psychological workplace safety.
As part of Growing Talent, the global i-act Managing and Promoting Mental Health and Wellbeing accredited proactive course will also be delivered. This gives you a real qualification which lasts for three years.
Robust manuals for each part of Growing Talent ensure onward learning long after Growing Talent has ended.
