Chi-Yin’s in the house!

A graduate with a passion for gaming, Chi hadn’t much employment experience on starting Growing Talent.

He wasn’t sure which direction to go and wanted a flexible job to be able to help look after his dad.

Selected by Harris & Hoole he quickly found his niche with the company and is now a Barista!

As you can see from the feature photo he’s also a coffee aficionado – checking out the Tooley Street branch of Harris & Hoole on his way to the Growing Talent Graduation last night just to make sure they were doing it right – which impressed Katie & Steph his managers!
