Communication can be explosive in the workplace….and at home!

This week’s Talent Hub with Caraline, Gary, Leah, Paul & Sylvie focussed on some easy communication tips to enhance not alienate relationships.

Sylvie shared how she utilised one of the tips previously when she replaces judgement with curiosity when speaking with someone who was consistently late.

By doing so, she got to the root of the real issue to enable an effective resolution to be identified and implemented.
