Farewell Len………………

‘It was a whole new learning experience which I really appreciate – thank you ever so much’ Len on his departure from Growing Talent today.

On applying to Growing Talent, Len had just six months experience working 60 miles from home!  Having made lots of approaches to organisations for roles, including the Civil Service, and receiving little response, Len applied for and was accepted onto Growing Talent.

Selvan, a director with Invest In Buy To Let, selected Len untimately for a sales role on completion of Growing Talent.  The intense cold calling wasn’t something Len enjoyed and so Selvan moved him to marketing – where there was also a role available.  During this time, Len worked on the company website but liked listening to the salesteam and negotiated a split role!

After some reflection, Len has decided the opportunity at Invest In Buy To Let is not for him.  He chose to leave today to explore more options.
