Growing Talent 2018 Graduation

Last night saw our 4th graduation bringing the total of unemployed people into permanent jobs directly through the programme to 134.  

Lucky employers who grew these talented people into their roles include Portico, Pertemps, Ballymore, Firmdale Hotels, MitieDM, Acuity Services, Harris & Hoole – all there to support their graduates and of course Scotscape Group, Ballymore and Regent Group who were unable to attend.

Although according to Anna at JobCentre Plus, the figure into work is closer to 400!  She explains this as a result of the confidence people get through the selection process and the feedback they are given, enables them to act to improve their chances in the traditional job market.

Unfortunately, due to workplace constraints, Lennie, Leonardo and AJ were unable to attend.

We know all graduates have a bright career path ahead of them and look forward to hearing about their development.

All who attended received their holistic fitting award – a fitbit!
