Heaven at Growing Talent!

Joining Firmdale Hotels via Growing Talent back in April this year, Heaven has grown in confidence. As enthused as ever, she returned to share her journey with Growing Talent 23’s Associates – Callum, Andy, Sharlene & Kingsley as well as answer any questions they had.

It’s amazing the empathy and will people like Heaven have to support those following them on Growing Talent. Despite just finishing a series of late shifts, her smile entered the room yesterday five minutes before she did. Oozing positivity, she shared all the ins and outs of her job working in hospitality, meeting the owner – without realising it – participating in all Frimdale staff activities from BBQs to line dancing to sports day challenges and her plans for progression.

Before leaving to get some well deserved rest, Heaven agreed to return Friday before her shift to be part of the judging panel on our social enterprise challenge.
