Holistic Week – Confirmed Line-Up!

Now on it’s 12th incarnation, the Holistic Week is a robust ‘soft skills’ filled programme which aims to deliver life long tips for personal growth and well being.

Delivered half way through Growing Talent it’s also an opportunity for all the Associates to come face-to-face for a week to swap progression stories and support eachother in person – not just via WhatsApp!

Leaving their sites behind – MitieConnect, Pertemps, Red Personnel, Harrow Green, Invest in Buy to Let & Iron Mountain – the Growing Talent Associates return to Southwark Cathedral in March.  Highlights of our line up so far are:

Monday – Day 1: 

Mental Health First Aiders Course (MHFA), a global course operated in over 23 countries – parts 1 & 2

3Rs – Refuel, Renewal & Rejuvinate – a fitness without the gym workout

There’s also a gym work-out each day carrying the robust manuals we work from – one is almost 2cm thick!
