Ilamathy Makes a Positive Impression!

Based with the team at Red Personnel and mentored by Directors James and Jamie, Ilamathy has taken the opportunity to learn everything.  Working closely with Chetan and the team in Red’s niche Marylebone offices she has picked up the world of recruitment quickly.

From sourcing cvs to speaking with clients to reassuring and coaching candidates!  Ilamathy has practised what she has learnt whilst utilising her strong mindedness and delivery of results!

She will soon be sent to Birmingham to undertake the week long residential course with Leon and other new starters from the Pertemps family of companies to network, understand the legalities of recruitment and pick-up some top tips along the way.
