Kitchen Nightmares? – Not Here!

Gordon Ramsey would be impressed by the atmosphere, food/display attitude of staff and all round ambiance at The Hive.

This is the food experience for one of Baxter Storey’s accounts close to Hammersmith underground.

Have you ever seen such a lush array of tomatoes?  Different sweetness and textures which the resident chef makes into the most gorgeous salads!

Jane explained it’s a small team of four including her and Jo and although it’s hectic all of the time, it’s fun as well.

It’s clear apart from great ingredients and brilliant combinations, attention to detail is key to the vibrancy of The Hive – even the tap water has that little added extra ……. and it tasted lush!

Over a lunch of healthy salad, Jane shared her diverse experiences at multiple Baxter Storey accounts from completing Growing Talent 4 to date.  Considering the programme only ended a few short months ago, Jane has  already won promotion and is now Supervisor at The Hive.
