More Success at More London!
25/02/2015

Arriving at PwC More London to catch-up with Mitchell and Kit, I spotted a professional armed with a walkie talkie delivering packages to the Service Solutions team – Mitchell looked as though he’d been working there months!
Mitchell shared his experience so far whilst we waited for Kit to join us. His first week consisted of a lot of training including Health & Safety, manual handling, delivery points throughout the vast building that is More London and learning all the tracking software. He no longer shadows others. He’s relied upon to make the deliveries himself!
Great reports back on Mitchell’s performance so far from his team. He’s not taken it easy though. Mitchell is already making connections including Kevin who looks after the shows on site. Mitchell’s expertise in running audio shows for concerts, MP weddings etc could present an excellent opportunity in the future.
Kit joined us and explained his role with the Fulfillment Team. This involves a lot more administration in ensuring PeopleCube, a specialist website runs smoothly, updates budgets, ensure the quick production of relevant information and so on. Hungry to learn more – Kit has already completed much of the work set for him next week. At least he won’t come back to a deluge of work after Latimer Vibe next week.
Like Mitchell, Kit has already spotted an opportunity within mitie – a brand new graduate programme! Watch this space for more news on these two ‘go getters’.
