No stopping Khadine!

Khadine secured a place on Growing Talent in October 2018 with ConnectPlus Services M25.

At the time her confidence had been knocked a little. Having always worked it was tough being out of work but she used her skills to help and encourage those affected by the Greenfell disaster close to her home.

Khadine flourished and encouraged those on Growing Talent with her. She also won the Social Enterprise challenge at the end of the Orientation Week.

Going on-site, despite having an old car, she never missed work and was so happy to get her PPE – as you can see in the feature photo.

Khadine contacted me recently with some great news. After two years with Connect Plus Services, and despite coronavirus, she’s stayed focussed on her career development and secured a job with a new company closer to home and with a considerable salary increase!

Self-belief and effort delivers great results. Khadine is a fab role model to follow. We wish her well in her new role.
