Joining a company like Portico on a prestigious client site at More London can be daunting to most.  When you’re a Growing Talent Associate, it’s even harder.  New routine, new people, new processes, new uniform…..

Luckily Kam and Alex have many graduates of Growing Talent onsite who know exactly what they’re going through and are on hand to encourage and support.

Rehana from Growing  Talent 7, has encouraged many GT Associates joining Portico.  She took Kam and Alex through their critical training and is on hand for a ‘motivational lift’ when it’s needed!

Now armed with their laptops and uniforms they are ready for action!
