Reece and Gillian

Reese & Gillian mid-way through Growing Talent

Reese was selected by Gillian Fraser and Emma Gunn – MHFAEngland’s Business Development Managers to join the team in data entry support as part of Growing Talent.  Apart from running the two day Standard Adult course, MHFA have devised specialist courses for youth and Forces personnel.   This involves a lot of data processing with orders, despatching and of course certificate production all of which comes under Reese’s remit.

Commenting on Reese and Growing Talent Poppy said ‘ Reese is a perfect new addition to our team.  Growing Talent is a fantastic programme – Reese is testimony to that’

At the start of this adventure Reese said ‘back then I didn’t think I would get picked for Growing Talent let alone get through and complete it’  What a difference the support of the MHFAEngland team and Growing Talent have made to this polite individual with so much untapped potential still to be seen.

Watch out for Reese’s future development with MHFAEngland!
