That Monday feeling…….

When running any kind of event there’s always that overthinking:

• Have I done enough?
• Will everyone turn-up?
• Is there enough refreshments?
• Tech – will it work?
• Will attendees get any value?

This is natural where there is passion for what we’re doing. Of course we want it to go well and everyone leave enthused with new knowledge they didn’t have before.

The validation I felt reading David’s LinkedIn post about the Growing Talent event I held on Monday 16 September at the London Bridge offices of Growing Talent’s sponsor is off the scale!

David has a huge job yet continues to find cheerleading time for Growing Talent – thanks David!

Jamie and Navin are inspiring examples of the benefits to both employers and unemployed applicants to stop thinking about joining Growing Talent and just do it!
