The wraparound support by employers, community charities, Job Centre Plus to the unemployed participants enables them to unlock their awesome power within to confidently move into work and shine. Thereby closing their own social mobility gap.

Filsan joined CIS Security through Growing Talent’s October 2024 programme and is still working for them.

Peter joined CIS through Growing Talent’s June 2025 programme.

The tenacity and determination some of our unemployed people have is not always seen by employers using traditional recruitment methods.

The collaboration with Growing Talent, JCP, charities, employers and the unemployed delivers the pathway to ensure goals are reached together.
