The world of recruitment – for Menal

Manal secured a place on Growing Talent with Pertemps/Red Personnel.  Both companies are headed by Jamie So – a recruiter with solid experience built over decades in the business.

Spending the first two weeks with Red Personnel in Marylebone, Manal started to relax and understand the business whilst working with James Bishop and his small team before moving across to the larger offices of Pertemps in Holborn.

Visiting Manal at the end of her first week with Pertemps she was just getting used to the larger team, different clients and environment – which shows her flexibility!  She’s already identified people for roles and sourced cvs for others.  She likes the variety of the role but especially likes sales and cold calling!

After lots of laughter, chatting about family, friends, work, potential and of course some tea and cake, it was time to leave the team to get on with business.
