Today sees the launch of Growing Talent’s innovative Talent Hub! An additional option for those who didn’t get through the selection process.

Over eight weeks, we will explore a wide range of topics to devise individual plan of actions! Keeping the confidence and connections made so far on the Growing Talent journey.

Today’s topic – ‘It starts with you!’ 

Getting into work or starting a business is tougher when you are unemployed, and becomes almost impossible the longer this goes on. Realising its down to you, no one is going to do it for you, is a scary but a critical step. Together we set the foundation for the coming weeks building our own plan of action. This week we define our purpose, what we want to do and why.

Of course there will be chatting, laughter and problem solving along the way!
