Tina’s patience and determination pays off!

Tina was one of the awesome people seeking a new, stable chapter in their employment who attended our last Growing Talent Employer speed dating event of 2023 a few weeks ago.

There was one employer that stood out to Tina – Pilgrims Risk Management Group. Lasse and his team were looking for a new team member who could grow into their corporate security role.

Tina has a solid background in the world of work including over 20 years owning a retail outlet in South East London. Being aware of everything going on around her was pivotal in keeping her and her customers safe. When her business ended, Tina found it difficult securing a stable opportunity.

Unfortunately, Lasse couldn’t offer Tina an opportunity in the timeline for Growing Talent but said he would keep her in mind for any direct employment opportunity.

Today Tina’s suspense ended! After further meetings, Lasse offered Tina a position – which she accepted!

Over the moon doesn’t quite cut it when describing Tina’s excitement.
