We came, we saw, we conquered!……….

Leon, working with Pertemps in Holborn and Ilamathy with Red Personnel in Marylebone, spent last week undertaking Pertemps intense recruitment induction at the Midlands Head Office.

Apart from learning the legal regulations around recruitment and Pertemps  processes, there were regular quiz and team challenges to undertake.

A breeze for two Growing Talent Associates who have undertaken the Orientation Week!

In one of the team challenges, Leon and Ilamathy were on opposite sides – and each ‘last person standing’ in their respective teams!  A fact not missed by their trainer!

As you can see from the team photo featured above, Leon & Ilamathy look like they have always been part of the team – they have fitted in so well.

Now back to work in London on the ‘home straight’ of Growing Talent 12 ready to become recruitment professionals!
