Week 2!

Great 2nd week of our Growing Talent‘s CPD Certified #TalentHub with Aboidun and Mulenga.

The first half of our session focussed on the core topics for this week which included:

🎯 Managing mis-steps along the way

🎯 Simple tools to manage change

🎯 Understand procrastination and conquer it!

🎯 Changing personal mindset

🎯 The power of affirmation and mantras

🎯 Mind control

The second half put the spotlight on each’s homework from last week.

A group discussion followed on thoughts, ideas and agreed targets to progress these.

Before next week, both Mulenga and Aboidun will be stepping out of their comfort zone and smashing their internal self-doubt chatter!

Assigned yet more homework, both let the session smiling – how great is that!
