Were Leah’s Ears Burning?

Had a fabulous call from Natasha Draper-West of Portico regarding Leah’s performance.

Against some stiff competition Leah was selected by Natasha and her team to undertake Growing Talent at one of Portico’s prestigious accounts learning the intricacies of a Welcome Host.

As everyone knows, Leah is a natural ‘smiler’– even when things go wrong!

On a recent visit by Portico’s Chairman, Edward Griffiths CVO FIH, Leah followed the protocol taught by Portico colleagues and came out from behind the desk to great Edward professionally.

Natasha called me to share how impressed Edward was with Leah’s professionalism. Whilst this level of greeting is something expected of Portico’s team it can be intimidating for a ‘learner’ like Leah.

Clearly the support received on Growing Talent from her fellow Growing Talent Associates and team at Portico, Leah is rising to every challenge with ease!

As I’ve always said, Growing Talent Associates are a cut above – Leah proves it!
