What an amazing journey………..

Joining Growing Talent 5, Shennell had little confidence.  Having left University one term before completing her degree due to peer pressures, she found herself, lacking confidence and direction.

Her self-esteem began to return on Growing Talent and she secured her end role with Iron Mountain.  After a few months she moved to Portico in a front of house role.  That unfinished degree kept resurfacing and she left Portico with the intention of returning to Uni.

Life being what it is, her plans didn’t immediately work out.  After sometime working with various organisations she achieved her goal and completed her degree.

Shennell sent the feature photo of her graduation on 21 November 2017.  She’s an incredible role model for never giving up.  Growing Talent is hugely proud of her and can’t wait to see the great things that lie ahead.
