It’s all about the Talent Hub!

I devised the Talent Hub as an optional resource for unemployed applicants on Growing Talent who, for one reasons or another, didn’t go past the selection stage.

It’s ethos is to deliver workplace and life skills to empower people to close their own social mobility gap as they move into employment.

As a group we discuss a specific topic a week, closing the session with a confidential discussion on any issues or concerns being experienced.
