Last Friday saw the Growing Talent Associates deliver their idea to benefit their local community, deliver a revenue stream and enable onward growing to a panel of managers from their employers, JobCentre Plus and Southwark Care Leavers. No pressure then!
On offer was £50 cash prize for the best idea well delivered. As you can see from the feature photo of the guys getting feedback from the judges the trepidation was palpable! – Who had won….
After working all week on their ideas including homework, Friday saw everyone arrive suited and booted. Ready ‘to shine’ as Katrina would say!

The judges deliberations went on……
and on.. before finally Allen announced the winner….Heavenly! The judges likes the unique idea to support new mums and dates with basic CPR instructions for infants printed on blankets, instructions for cleaning and bottle feeding babies printed on feeding bottles and a safe sanctuary for all new parents.
