1-2-1 mutual meetings with employers started on 3 July and end TODAY!

The suspense continues a little longer for some awesome, hugely talented but currently unemployed people and our employers.

“Will offers I make be accepted?” Employers

“Will my fav employer pick me?” Currently unemployed

Having listened to feedback so far from both, I know, whatever the outcome, the journey has been successful for both.

Employers have seen the awesome talent amongst our unemployed communities – often invisible in traditional recruitment methods.

Equally, those who have attended 1-2-1 meetings have received valuable feedback from employers – again, something not always given in a traditional recruitment journey.
