So awesome to chat to Izzy #Heretoga – hippo accelerator for over 50s. What’s ‘hippo’ in this context I hear you ask it comes from ‘high potential’.
The essence of Growing Talent is seeing the talent within everyone – especially when they can’t see it themselves!
Izzy is clearly very passionate about the talent going to waste amongst her clients. Impressed by what we do and our ethos of seeing the person not their label, Izzy made her first action point after our conversation to let her clients know about Growing Talent
