Exciting times!

The 12 fabulously talented, currently unemployed applicants of Growing Talent 28 have been identified. All go forward to meet the employers on Monday at our unique, slightly scary, Employer Speed Dating session.

Not sure who will be more excited – the applicants or the employers!

Doing things differently and disrupting the norm has been the crux of Growing Talent over the 8+ years it has been running delivering amazing people with hidden talent into permanent jobs.

I see many of those who have gone before here on Linkedin who now hold senior positions both in the UK and overseas.

The power of collaboration, disrupting the norm with huge dollops of kindness and emotional intelligence has delivered sold results.

I’m super proud of what’s been achieved, of all those unemployed applicants and employers who both took a leap of faith in doing something outside their comfort zone and of course Anna and her team at JobCentre Plus for ‘bending’ their rules.

Of course none of this would be possible without the private funding – so thank you Jon and team.
