Growing Talent 5 – 100% of all starters completed and in permanent work – UPDATE

For the first time in the short history of Growing Talent, every person who started has secured their permanent roles!

What a great headline that was &, until Friday morning, absolutely correct.  Unfortunately, Gavin was released from Growing Talent with immediate affect mid-morning on Friday.

The consequences of sending ill thought through emails to your boss has often been published in the press.  A lesson to us all.

Officially, Growing Talent 5 doesn’t end until Friday 24 July.  However, all have either started their permanent contracts or been told they will start on Monday 27 July.  This is a fantastic achievement of the Associates dedicated commitment to their employers and teams.  With support from their JobCentre Plus offices along the way.

This achievement shows the amazing results that can happen when employers, JobCentre Plus and the unemployed talent out there work together.
