Look who came to find me….. Tina!

She joined Growing Talent in November 2023 after a lifetime running her own barbershop business in Catford south east London.

I was born in Catford, and can testify how critical behavioural awareness is especially when running a business alone in the area.

It seemed to me Tina was a natural to join a corporate security team she had set her heart on. So did the awesome Lasse, security manager at the time.

Tina still loves her role – ‘I get paid holidays now’ she shared.
