Since starting her company – Customer Care First, Jade has delivered her bespoke communication two hour workshop to Growing Talent Associates during their Orientation Week before going on site.

We don’t think about communication do we? Listening to Jade’s workshop communication is a labyrinth of challenges if we aren’t careful and don’t prepare.

What are we going to say?, how?, how will it be received? Can we say it a better way?

What about annunciation, reflection, inflection, volume, tone, body language, spatial awareness – it’s not easy!

As Ronan Keating once said ‘you say it best when you say nothing at all’!
