Proof it’s not all work on Growing Talent’s Orientation and Holistic Week!!!!

A major part of the connection skills required in the workplace, starts with getting to know each other as people.

You know connections are happening by the amount of respectful listening, sharing of views and outright laughter!

We’re almost at the end of the Orientation and Holistic week with just the i-act (for positive mental health and wellbeing) training. Mental Health Training course to complete tomorrow but the shared experience of connecting and bonding with each other will carry Faisa, Jermayne and John into their jobs with CIS Security Limited

They started the journey in early September as complete strangers.

Now they are confident people with solid self-belief who will rise to, and nail, any challenge they face going forward – I have no doubt!

I can’t wait to see how high they fly!
