Graduation – running order

17 December 2018 saw the 4th Growing Talent graduation commence at 4pm in Tooley Street, London.

Jon, the PwC driver of Growing Talent, opened events by sharing some stats we’re rightly proud of. 134 people from diverse backgrounds into permanent jobs. However, JobCentre Plus believe the figure is much closer to 400 due to the feedback and experience of the Growing Talent process enabled many to utilise this in traditional recruitment scenarios securing their jobs directly.
