Perceptions!

Despite the focus on welfare in the budget earlier this week, over the past 48hours, I’ve had two unemployed applicants wanting to pre-register for Growing Talent’s February programme!

I’ve never had applicants this far in advance!

Despite the higher taxation on workers in the budget, many talented people who are unemployed want to be taxpayers!

As humans we often put people into perceived categories – let’s put those perceptions aside and treat everyone as the individuals they are.
